Mr. Sumit Kumar
Executive Director
Mr. Sumit Kumar is Executive Director in Vigilant Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. He is engineering graduate with post graduate diploma in business administration.
He has started his career in 2003 as Sales and Service Engineer for medical equipments. He has strong command on entire product range while working with Draeger. He has worked for Draeger India from 2008 to 2020 in various roles from Sales Engineer to Project Manager to Area Manager in entire geographical part of central India.
He has 19+ years experience in medical device industry within various segment in critical care, anesthesiology, operating rooms, emergency & trauma care, medical imaging and diagnostics, hospital infrastructure and medical gas management systems etc. He provides consultation to new hospital projects, upgradation of existing hospitals for all critical care areas and operating rooms planning and designing, equipment planning and procurement assistance.
In 2021, he has joined Vigilant Healthcare as Executive Director to pursue his business instincts. He has rich cross-functional experience in the areas of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Technical Sales, Project Management, Training and People Management and Dealer Management. His experience in various field of medical device industry will add new heights to the organizations.

Mr. Vishnu Patidar, the GM Operation and strategy, is an is Science Graduate followed by Masters in Business administration, having over 18 years of experience in the medical & healthcare industry.
He started his career in Pharma Industry worked in various segment like General Medicine, Nutrition, Cardiology with different Indian and MNC’s .
He worked for Alcon, the biggest Medical Device Company of ophthalmology in India for 11 years at different Level, right from Sales Representative to Instrumentation Specialist, Phaco development-Team Leader, up to the Zonal Sales Manager role.
In 2017, he joined Mr Ram Milan in Decent medical as one of the working partner and brought newer heights to the company with great expansion in trade and govt. business while entering into trade agreement for various companies like Hoya, smith & Nephew, Medela and Spencer.
Very strong interpersonal relationship skills and great people manager. He is the key strategic expert of Decent Medical.

Mr. Jatin Mittal is Director-Sales and Market in Vigilant Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. He is a Pharmacy graduate with Post graduate diploma in Brand management and Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA).
He started his carrier as Medical representative in 2002 in pharmaceutical industry and worked in various segments like general medicines, Neuro psychiatry & Ophthalmology.
He deeply explored the field of ophthalmology while working with Allergan and become expert in medical device selling while working with Alcon Surgical (a world leader in ophthalmology) since 2009. He worked in various capacity from sales to marketing in India and Philippines with last role as Country Commercial Manager for Alcon Philippines.
In 2021 he Joined Vigilant healthcare to pursue his business instinct as Director-Sales and Market with rich experience in sales & marketing gained with various positions during his carrier.
He is young talented and experienced professional. His marketing skills and business acumen is great asset to the organization. He has been instrumental in product launches, equipment sales, end to end solution for hospital projects, sale force effectiveness and P&L management. His experience in international market brought new dynamics to the organization.

Our parent company Decent Medical Equipment System Pvt Ltd established in May 2014, founded by the Key founders of Vigilant Health care, is one of the leading medical device trading company in central India. Decent medical is distributing medical devices for many leading companies like- Drager, Stryker, Medala, Spencer.
With focus on providing greater distributor experience to our esteemed partners, Decent medical has been a fastest growing organization with expansion in product range as well reach in different segment.
With Decent medical, we developed great relationship with our valued customer not only in private segment but also increased penetration in Govt accounts over past 5 years.
With great experience from Decent there was increased demand from some of our supplier/clients to create a dedicated wing for end-to-end service of their products, became the originating idea of Vigilant Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
